On our Bösendorfer concert grand piano, trained pianists offer you a rich repertoire of music for the very personal, festive design of your civil wedding ceremony.

Our decades of experience are at your disposal in all matters and we look forward to providing you with a worthy musical setting for your wedding in the Marble Hall.

On our website, you can order the music for your wedding ceremony at Mirabell Palace with just a few clicks and then devote yourself to other details relating to your wedding in Salzburg with peace of mind.

Of course, we are also happy to fulfill special music requests. Do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to make you a suitable offer.

Please select three pieces of music from one of the repertoire lists:

Wedding music on the grand piano can be booked up to 24 hours before the wedding ceremony.
Other musical requests can be booked online up to 7 days before the wedding day or by telephone.
Payment by credit card or PayPal, in exceptional cases also by bank transfer.

Information on the procedure

Your civil ceremony in the Marble Hall will last approximately 15 minutes. In addition to the speech and ceremony, this time frame allows for up to three pieces of music to be played.

  • Entering the Hall
  • After the bride and groom enter the hall to the chosen music, the officiant's speech follows with a segue to the important question.

  • Ring exchange
  • To the sound of your song, put on your wedding rings and seal your marriage with your signatures. Back at your seat, let these special moments resonate.

  • Closing Ceremony
  • The warm congratulations of the officiant are followed by music as you exit the hall.

    Biography of Sarah Kim

    Since 2014, Sarah Kim has been providing musical accompaniment for weddings in the Marble Hall on the piano.

    Over the years, numerous couples have been deeply moved by the music:

    Yeonju Sarah Kim was born in Busan, South Korea, and began her first piano lessons at the age of five. She started playing the organ at the age of ten. She studied piano, organ, and church music in Busan and at Yonsei University in Seoul.

    She earned both a Bachelor's and Master's degree with honors. Additionally, she worked as an administrative assistant at Seoul University and served as an organist at the Catholic Cathedral in Seoul.

    As a scholarship recipient, she came to Austria and completed her Master's degree in Organ Performance with honors at the Mozarteum University in 2013 under Prof. Heribert Metzger. From 2014, she attended further masterclasses at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich, where she completed her Master's degree in Historical Performance Practice (Organ) with Prof. Haas in 2017.

    In 2018, she completed her Bachelor's degree in Harpsichord with honors at the Mozarteum University with Florian Birsak, and in 2020, she completed her Master's degree in Harpsichord Performance with honors.

    Sarah Kim has performed in numerous concerts – as a soloist and with chamber music ensembles and choirs – in Europe and South Korea with great success.

    Yeonju Sarah Kim is a prize winner of several competitions in Korea and Europe (Wuppertal 2013, Franz-Schmidt Organ Competition Kitzbühel 2014, Daniel-Herz Organ Competition Brixen 2016), and she was awarded the Korean Art and Culture Association Award.

    As an Assistant Professor for Organ and Harpsichord, Sarah Kim worked at Kyungsung University and Catholic University Busan in Korea during the years 2022–2023.
